I hereby agree to the following 'Terms and Conditions of Usage' of the ADNOC Level 18 Fitness Center as follows:
DISCLAIMER & INDEMNITY
I understand and accept that by using the ADNOC Level 18 Fitness Center and participating in any related activities including, but not limited to, the equipment itself and the use of the OxyLife Monochamber, I do so at my own risk. I am aware of no reason, medical or otherwise, for me to abstain from using the ADNOC Fitness Center. I agree that none of ADNOC, Vogue Fitness or any entity directly or indirectly controlled by ADNOC or Vogue Fitness (each, including an Affiliate) will be responsible or liable for my death or any physical and/or mental injury I occasion, or any damage to personal property arising out of or in relation to my use of the ADNOC Fitness Center and whether caused by breach of contract or negligence of ADNOC, Vogue Fitness or any of its Affiliates or otherwise. I hereby fully indemnify and hold harmless ADNOC, Vogue Fitness and all of their Affiliates, servants, agents, employees, Directors, contractors, volunteers, and I waive all claims against ADNOC, Vogue Fitness and each of its Affiliates for any loss or damage suffered by me, or costs or expenses incurred by me, arising out of or in relation to my participation in the Activity, however caused.
RELEASE FORM
I understand and accept that by using the ADNOC Fitness Center and participating in any related activities that I represent that I am the exclusive owner of the image(s), both still and video, and I give and forever grant to ADNOC, Vogue Fitness, its advertising agency, licenses and producers or publishers of its promotional materials and their successors and assigns, the right to use, publish, broadcast and copyright my image, portrait, likeness and voice, in whole or part in whatever way and waive all rights over the image and its usage.
TOWEL USAGE & RETURN
I understand that any towel provided to my during my usage of the ADNOC Fitness Center must be returned. In the event that I do not return my towel, I acknowledge that my usage of the ADNOC Fitness Center may be suspended at the discretion of Vogue Fitness.
STAFF DIRECTIONS
I understand that it is a condition of using the ADNOC Fitness Center that I must adhere strictly to all staff directions at all times, and I acknowledge that failure to do so may result in my usage of the ADNOC Fitness Center being terminated for a period of up to 6 months. I also acknowledge that I will not provide health or fitness advice to any other caregivers whilst inside the ADNOC Fitness Center.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
I understand that by electronically signing this document it will bind me to all terms and conditions of this Agreement and that the electronic reproduction of this Agreement will serve as an original signature in any Court of the United Arab Emirates.
OPERATIONS
The class schedules, programs, staffing and operating hours of the ADNOC Fitness Center will be set at the discretion of Management and will be subject to change from time-to-time.
UPDATED MEMBERSHIP TERMS
The Management of the ADNOC Fitness Center may alter this 'Terms and Conditions of Usage' to apply to all users of the facility with immediate effect at any time.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The Health club opening hours are set by management and are subject to change.
All users should wear appropriate sport wear and cross trainer footwear when entering and training within the facility. If you have any health risks, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, lower back pain, you must train with caution. Your health is your responsibility, and not the responsibility of ADNOC or Vogue Fitness.
All users are responsible for their own safety, for any assistance please ask the Help desk or an attendant who is on shift.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Gymnasium at all times. This includes the use of vapes or any other instrument.
Eating and drinking will be allowed in the seating area, only drinking water or energy drinks is allowed in the gym area.
Please return the equipment to its proper place after each use, and at all times remain considerate of your fellow members. This includes unloading weights after use.
In case of any doubt, complaints on using Gym equipment, please report immediately the Front Desk for assistance.
Please handle the equipment in the Gymnasium with care. Users are responsible for any damage to the facilities or equipment that they deliberately or intentionally cause, or unintentionally caused if such equipment was misused.
Please keep your place clean and neat after use.
Please use a clean towel to place it on the machines you use while workout and wipe off your sweat.
Please use the wet towel to wipe off pads when finished. Television policy and music remain under the control of Vogue Fitness staff.
Carrying weights on a treadmill or other machine is not permitted. Return the gym & shower towels after use to the proper place.
Sports bags are not allowed into the training area.
Do not share your gym access card with other members. Rules are subject to change from management with advanced notice.
Failure to comply with the above rules may result in loss of gym privileges.
